Yes. Fence Pros is a licensed, bonded, and insured fencing contractor. We carry general liability coverage and can provide proof of insurance for HOAs, property managers, or homeowners who request it.
Most residential wood or vinyl fence installations take one to three days depending on linear footage, gate count, and soil conditions. Commercial and security fencing projects typically run three to seven days. We'll give you a firm timeline during your on-site assessment.
Material choice, total linear footage, number of gates, slope and terrain, and any demolition or haul-away of an existing fence all factor into cost. Hillside lots and HOA-specified materials can also add to the estimate.
Los Angeles generally requires a permit for fences over 6 feet in a rear or side yard, or over 3.5 feet in a front yard, though rules vary by neighborhood and hillside overlay zones. We pull permits on your behalf when one is required.
